It was Chrome for a long time, then I came to the light. Now it’s Firefox Developer Edition.
What do you like to do on days off?
I get days off? Wait a second, did I miss a memo? I love hanging out with my family and the great outdoors.
If you could have one superhero power, what would it be?
Most definitely speed… Teleportation is great, but with speed, you could get there almost as fast. Not only that, you could accomplish things much quicker. 🙂

Raised in central Saskatchewan, Zeal’s owner, Ryan Boutin, fell in love with graphic design at 12 when his family purchased their first computer (1988). His passion for graphic design developed as he learned to use Printmaster and CorelDraw 1.0. When he finished high school in 1995, he went to the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) to study graphic design.
Returning to Saskatoon after completing the course, Ryan could not secure work in his chosen field. So in 1998, Ryan started an alarm company with his father and brother. Ryan poured his graphic and web design skills into marketing the business until it became one of the fastest-growing private alarm companies in Western Canada. In 2009, Ryan’s father wanted to slow down, so they sold the company. Ryan’s career immediately shifted as he started a new company building homes.
In January 2011, Ryan founded Zeal Media Inc. The purpose was to serve small business owners using his 20+ years of graphic and web design experience. To this day, Zeal Media provides web design and marketing services to small businesses across Canada and the United States.
