Some websites are static and rarely have changes, but for the websites that need frequent changes, we have a website editing service. When you subscribe to a Managed Hosting + Updates package, we take care of the updates and edits for you.
Want to change an image, add a new product or service, change your address, post an article you wrote or fix a broken link? Submit a support ticket, and the job will be taken care of within 24 hours. Regardless of the change, it’s included if it’s less than 30 minutes! Our turnaround times are applicable for business hours. However, we will employ a technician to take care of the request in an emergency.

No, you aren’t under a contract. However, our hosting packages are paid in advance for 12 months. We found that most business owners don’t want another monthly bill and would rather pay it out annually. This cuts down only administration and paperwork and helps keep the costs down. So pay once, and don’t think about it for another year.
Should you decide to take your website elsewhere, we’d be happy to provide you with the files to make it as seamless as possible.
Web hosting fees vary from package to package. We have a few packages to choose from, starting at $15/month plus add-ons like maintenance, email hosting, and unlimited website editing packages.
Unfortunately, we don’t currently provide email hosting. However, we can get you set up on a third-party email host. Visit our email hosting page for more details.
Yes. The domain name will stay the same. If you want to change the domain, we can also point the old domain to the new one.
No. The website switchover is virtually seamless. Once the domain is pointed to the new server, it may take between one hour and 48 hours for the website to be active on the new server. The website will still be active on the old server during this time.
Visitors to the website will see no difference through the transition. At one moment, the domain will display the website files from the old server; the next time, it will show them from the new server.
The transfer typically takes one business day to complete once we begin.
Please wait for confirmation from us before cancelling service with a previous provider. Once the migration is complete, we’ll send you a confirmation email.
It depends on where your email is hosted. Nothing will change if your company email is not related to your domain (eg. company@gmail.com). If you have a domain email address (eg. name@yourcompany.ca) and are already using a third-party email service, like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or Zoho, your email will be unchanged.
If your email is hosted with your previous website, we can migrate it to a third-party email service at the same time the website gets migrated. When migrating email, it’s much the same as website migration. It’s a seamless process that usually takes about 24 hours to complete, depending on the size of your inbox. Contact us to determine what third-party email hosting company you want to use.
If there are any changes to email login settings, we will notify you of the new email setup so you or your IT person can be prepared.
Yes. Our web server performs scheduled backups weekly, and if you have a WordPress website, we can install a plugin to back up your website as a redundant security measure.
