Shortly after Garry had decided to take the plunge into being a REALTOR®, he contacted us to discuss marketing and setting up a realtor website design with IDX listings. We laid out a strategy to start and got to work.
The front page of the realtor website had a landing page slider with moving graphics and titles. In addition, we embedded IDX listings to provide the same up-to-date real estate listings you’d find on the MLS system. Users can search all real estate listings with search results appearing on a detailed list view or a map.
There is information for buyers and sellers with call-to-actions to move the potential customer to the contact form.
To reach more customers with his real estate marketing, we created and managed multiple direct mail flyer designs to show new listings and listings that have just sold. Garry also wanted business cards, so we designed them to match his website and postcard branding.
