Amid their development sales, Saratoga Condominiums contacted Zeal to redesign their website after a nasty website hack. But, more importantly, they needed to refresh their website and add some digital marketing to sell off their inventory of suites.
Property developer marketing for Saratoga took on three avenues. First, we designed a responsive website that featured a high-quality photo gallery of the suites, an image map with details on each available suite and a virtual tour of the property.
After the website went live, we started social media marketing with Facebook Ads to generate leads and ongoing SEO to help the website rank higher on Google.
Within one year, from all their website traffic, search traffic went from 16% to 55%! Before their new website went live, their website was ranking for 20 keywords with only one keyword on page one of Google. At its peak, their website went up to 90+ keywords, with 16 keywords on page one of Google.
